Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. This motherhood thing takes a village and you are my village. We are in this together.
My name is Stephanie. We're all friends here, so you can call me Steph, or Stephie or Steffers, surely. (Don't call me Shirley. ;) I'm a wife and a mom of three living in Central Pennsylvania. Our oldest son, Nicholas, is adopted and has some special needs. We are beginning a homeschool journey as he starts kindergarten this year. Abby, our middle child, is a total diva, and the baby, Penny, is the most laid back of the bunch. I am also a professional parenting specialist. I am a former elementary school teacher and now teach parenting classes in the evenings for a local non-profit, which lets me be home with the kids during the day. In our spare time my husband, Eddie, and I are building our dream home on several acres of land we just purchased with my mom. Eventually we will build her another house right next door. I have a passion for learning how to make and do things myself. Sometimes it works out well, sometimes notsomuch.
